With a New and Improved Campus
Ambiance at Maitland is the home you’ve been waiting for. In the upcoming weeks and months, our intimate Assisted Living and Memory Care community will see further transformation to offer senior accommodations to meet every resident’s unique needs.
Our experienced and dedicated team is revamping our building, removing walls to improve flow and renovating all rooms and common areas. To ensure the lives of our residents are as unaffected as possible by these renovations, our investment in the building and its grounds is scheduled in phases.
Phase 1
The first phase focuses on our outdoor areas. With the warm weather upon us, we want our residents to be able to enjoy our grounds and the fresh air in style and comfort. Which is why we are not only remodeling our courtyards but our walking paths, as well. Our updated paths will include small areas of focus, such as birdwatching benches, a putting green and more.
By creating these meaningful destinations and opportunities for engagement with others and the world around us, we can further incorporate purpose into our residents’ routines.
Phase 2
Phase Two of renovation takes the same mindset of immersion and enrichment and embodies it indoors. As much as we understand the importance of connecting with nature, we also value the strength of the interpersonal bonds our residents form. For this reason, we are not only redecorating our common areas to include calming sensory elements and modern features—we are also redesigning the structural flow to craft purposeful, open spaces conducive to meaningful social interaction.
At Ambiance at Maitland, activities become so much more than just ways to pass time. Because spending time with family and friends is vital to health and wellbeing, we are committed to integrating our residents’ loved ones into their daily care and enrichment. These enhanced common spaces will better allow family involvement through activities, communication and visitation. Through the help of these thoughtful improvements, we offer life-enriching ways to experience the best each day has to offer.
Phase 3
Phase Three, to further improve the lives of our residents on a more personal level, is focused on updating all of our monthly rental apartments. Because home should be a place of comfort and luxury. Apartments will include the quality flooring, countertops, fixtures and other amenities that you deserve in your home. Our private and semi-private apartment styles—equipped with personal bathrooms and kitchenettes—will be refurbished to grant ultimate comfort and accessibility. With ample storage space, as well as linen and housekeeping services, our high-end apartments will meet the standards our residents have come to expect from Ambiance at Maitland.
